5 questions! with Plum - Foolery

Hi everybody! Today I prepared something different for you! An interview. I want to get to know the czech blogger community a little bit more, so I asked Karolina from Plum - Foolery blog if she would do a short interview with me and she said yes :-) Kája is a 23 - year old czech student with an amazing beauty blog and youtube channel. Because she writes her blog in czech and talks about czech beauty products, I can very easily relate to her. It is a nice change for once! I've been following too many american blogs and everytime they rave about a product I can't buy over here, I feel a little sad inside :-D I hope you will all enjoy this short interview!

1)      Which place / city / state of the USA do you like the most and would recommend us to visit?

- I know this is a bit of a cliche, but I love New York City. It has so much vibe and energy, it always makes me feel so full of life! Sipping Starbucks Chai Latte, walking down the 5th Avenue is just a great feelingJ One of the reasons I like it so much is that it is very un-American, if that makes any sense. Great public transport, people walking everywhere, great fresh food, it reminds me of Euorpe, but still US. I also really like the Niagara Falls area, the falls are beautiful and the Great Lakes are definitely worth to see.

2)      Which beauty / fashion blog inspires you the most and why?

Lately I love Sara and Lea. They are both much younger but they have such a great style! I love their great quality pictures and funny poses!

3)      Are you morning or evening person?

Evening! I work until 11 PM and I am frightened of getting a job where I have to start at 8 AM haha I feel I am the most efective between 8 – 10 PM. I am asleep until noon, even if physically awake...

4)      What’s your favorite czech & american restaurant?

Czech would be Indian Restaurant GOA in Brno – their Butter Chicken is outstanding! In US I’m not sure...I really liked Hard Rock Cafe – they have awesome pulled beef burgers. But I am more of a candy person...candy corn, jolly ranchers, reese’s cups. That’s my favourite food down thereJ

5)      What is your n° 1 beauty secret?

Be happy. Put a smile to your face and you will automatically look like a supermodel (almost) J

1) Které místo / město / stát v USA máš nejraději a doporučila bys nám ho navštívit?

            Vím, že je to tak trošku klišé, ale miluju New York. Je to opravdu dinamické město a vždy se tam cítím plná života! Popíjení Chai latté ze Starbucks, procházení se po 5th Avenue...to je prostě super :-). Dalším důvodem, proč se mi zde tolik líbí, je, že je to vlastně velice ne-americké město, jestli to dává aspoň trošku smysl. Skvělá městská hromadná doprava, lidé všude chodí pěšky, čerstvé jídlo všude...připomíná mi to trochu Evropu, ale přitom je to pořád USA. Taky se mi hodně líbí okolí Niagárských vodopádů. Je to tam nádherné a určitě stojí za to vidět Velká jezera.

2) Který módní / beauty blog Tě nejvíce inspiruje a proč?

           Poslední dobou se mi líbí blog Sary a Ley. Obě jsou o něco mladší, ale mají úžasný styl! Líbí se mi kvalita jejich fotek a jejich vtipné pózy!

3) Jsi ranní ptáče nebo spíš večerní?

           Večerní! Pracuji do jedenácti večer každý den a opravdu se bojím toho, až budu mít práci od osmi ráno, haha! Nejvíce toho zvládnu udělat mezi 8 - 10 hodinou večer. Jinak dopoledne spím, i když jsem fyzicky vzhůru...

4) Jaká je Tvoje oblíbená česká & americká restaurace?

           Má oblíbená česká restaurace je Indická restaurace GOA v Brně - jejich kuře na másle je vynikající! V Americe nevím...Mám ráda Hard Rock Café - mají tam skvělé burgery. Ale jsem spíš na sladké - candy corn, jolly ranchers, reese's cups. To je moje oblíbený americký jídlo :-)

5) Jaké je Tvoje největší tajemství krásy?

           Být šťastná. Když se člověk usměje, automaticky vypadá jako supermodel (aspoň skoro) :-)
